SALARY: $19.00–$22.00/hr. DOE
LOCATION: Portland Metro Area 
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Temporary-to-Hire; Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Package and prepare finished products, parts, and materials for shipment through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Create packing slips, receive inventory, locate parts, and update shipment information using the company’s ERP system.
• Palletize materials and ensure shipments are packaged, labeled, and secured correctly.
• Review job routers, travelers, and shipping documentation to confirm order accuracy before product leaves the facility.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse team members to keep orders moving on schedule.
• Maintain an organized shipping area and follow all safety and material-handling procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of shipping, packaging, warehouse, material-handling, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using an ERP system, inventory software, or shipping platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions, job travelers, and packing requirements.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team.
• Able to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced shipping environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and palletizing of materials, including lifting up to 50+ lbs. You must be able to stand and remain active throughout an eight-hour shift in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
