Position SummaryThe Shipping & Packaging professional is responsible for daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory operations within a PCB manufacturing environment. This role ensures the secure packaging, accurate documentation, and timely shipment of raw materials and finished goods while supporting production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, packaging, storing, and distributing materials and finished goods.Prepare, package, crate, label, and verify outgoing shipments for domestic and international customers.Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, freight carriers, and prepare commercial invoices and shipping documentation.Receive incoming materials, inspect shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, maintain receiving records, and report discrepancies or damaged goods.Maintain accurate inventory transactions using Oracle ERP or similar inventory management systems.Pull and issue materials to support production while maintaining inventory accuracy.Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Perform local deliveries and vendor pickups as needed.Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and warehouse area.Follow all company policies and procedures, including quality, safety, attendance, and conduct.Perform other shipping, packaging, and warehouse duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to read, write, and understand English.2–4 years of shipping, receiving, packaging, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Experience with packaging and crating industrial products preferred.Experience using Oracle ERP or similar inventory management systems preferred.Experience with FedEx, UPS, freight shipments, international shipping, and commercial invoices preferred.Forklift certification or demonstrated experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional local deliveries as needed.Warehouse experience including inventory transactions, receiving, and shipping preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Experience in electronics or PCB manufacturing is a plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail and inventory accuracyEffective communication and teamworkAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.This is an ITAR-regulated facility.
