Various Locations: Colton, CA

Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm plus overtime and Saturday's when needed.

Job Duties

• Wrap pallets of product using stretch wrap equipment or manual application to prepare shipments.
• Maintain a fast, steady pace to keep up with production and shipping schedules.
• Inspect wrapped pallets for stability and quality before shipment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including required use of steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring repetitive movement.
• Strong attendance record required; must be able to work each scheduled shift with minimal absences or tardiness.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of company hiring criteria.
• This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to build long-term warehouse experience.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be dusty and hot.
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required.
