Plan product accurately to the correct outbound loads.
Ensure proper and accurate product rotation throughout the shift.
Track inventory numbers, shipping numbers, and palletizing counts during the shift.
Send an end‑of‑shift email with all required statistics accurately recorded.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to perform basic math: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentage calculations.
Ability to pass a Prove It test.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Valid forklift and pallet jack license, or ability to obtain one.
Ability to work in a cold environment.
Ability to learn new procedures (barcode scanners, equipment, stacking grids).
Familiarity with computer systems.
Ability to work variable hours; excellent attendance required.
