Shipping/ Pulling Team Member

Mint Pineapple Boutique is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipper / Order Puller to join our fulfillment team.

This position is responsible for accurately pulling customer orders from inventory, verifying merchandise, properly packaging orders, and preparing shipments for delivery to our customers.

The Shipper / Order Puller is one of the final quality-control points before an order reaches the customer. Accuracy, speed, attention to detail, and care in handling merchandise are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pull merchandise for customer orders.
• Verify the correct item, size, color, style, and quantity before shipping.
• Compare merchandise against the customer's order before packaging.
• Inspect merchandise for visible damage, defects, stains, or other quality concerns.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Manager.
• Package merchandise neatly and professionally.
• Select the proper size box, poly mailer, or other packaging for each order.
• Never force, bend, crush, crease, or damage merchandise to make it fit into packaging that is too small.
• Protect merchandise appropriately during shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels accurately.
• Verify the shipping label belongs to the correct customer and order.
• Prepare completed packages for carrier pickup.
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping/pulling workspace.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse duties when needed.
• Help other warehouse departments during high-volume periods.
• Follow all established Mint Pineapple Boutique fulfillment, packaging, and shipping procedures.

Every order represents Mint Pineapple Boutique when it arrives at a customer's home.

Shipper / Order Pullers are expected to:

• Pull the correct product every time.
• Verify before packaging — never assume.
• Inspect merchandise before shipping.
• Use appropriately sized packaging.
• Treat every product as if it were being shipped directly to you.
• Never knowingly ship damaged or defective merchandise.
• Stop and ask the Warehouse Manager when something does not look correct.
• Maintain accuracy while working at an efficient pace.
• Take responsibility for mistakes and immediately report problems so they can be corrected.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Employees must be able to:

• Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, and move merchandise.
• Push or move carts containing customer orders or merchandise.
• Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelving.
• Repeatedly handle, package, and move customer orders.
• Work efficiently during high-volume sales and shipping periods.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, order-pulling, or retail experience is helpful but not required.

Accountability

Shipper / Order Pullers are accountable for the accuracy, quality, and presentation of the orders they process.

Repeated shipping errors, incorrect merchandise, careless packaging, damaged products caused by improper handling, failure to follow established procedures, attendance issues, or failure to meet reasonable performance expectations may result in corrective action.

You don't necessarily need professional modeling or live-selling experience.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable being themselves on camera, can carry a conversation, has an outgoing personality, takes direction well, and isn't afraid to bring energy to a LIVE audience.

This is more than modeling. You're helping sell the product and represent the Mint Pineapple brand.
