We are seeking a Quality Shipping Coordinator to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include
- Implementing 100% quality gate inspections to detect defects before shipment.
- Coordinating shipments with carriers, scheduling logistics, and maintaining records.
- Reviewing shipping documents like bills of lading and packing lists for accuracy.
- Ensuring packing and loading comply with safety and quality standards.
- Using SAP and Microsoft Office to manage orders and documentation.
- Conducting inventory audits and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis.
- Communicating with project managers, production teams, and carriers for tracking updates.
Qualifications include 1-2 years in logistics or manufacturing, proficiency in SAP and Office, and a high school diploma (additional education preferred).
