SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE – BrooksvilleBrooksville Manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Distribution & Service Center team. This is a hands-on warehouse position ideal for candidates with measuring and metal handling experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
• Package and ship products per customer specifications
• Build skids and wood boxes for shipments
• Operate metal cutting machines, deburring machines, and nail guns
• Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow quality standards and procedures
• Operate forklift (or obtain certification)
• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Warehouse/inventory experience required
• Strong experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) – required
• Experience with metal cutting equipment (saw operation a plus)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (American English)
• Team player with strong work ethic
