Shipping & Receiving Associate
Shift: 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday

Our client is seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team and ensure our inbound and outbound logistics run flawlessly.
Position Overview
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, accuracy is your superpower. You will be responsible for handling the physical movement of goods, maintaining an immaculate inventory, and performing rigorous quality control checks. The ideal candidate has strong material handling experience and a solid understanding of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate receipt of all incoming materials and the preparation of outgoing shipments. Verifying packing slips against physical inventory is critical.
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming components and outgoing orders for defects, damage, or discrepancies to ensure absolute compliance with company and OEM standards.
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by properly scanning, labeling, and shelving stock. Assist with routine cycle counts.
- Utilize knowledge of OEM parts/specifications to ensure the correct handling, sorting, and shipping of sensitive electronic components.
- Maintain precise logs, update warehouse management software, and ensure all shipping labels and customs/freight paperwork are 100% accurate.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred) and manual/electric pallet jacks.
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts and the ability to identify technical components accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail; a proven track record where accuracy is key to preventing inventory drift or shipping errors.
- Experience with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
