Nesco Resource is currently seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing logistics and distribution company in the Charlotte area. This position is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse and forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using a sit-down forklift
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and place inventory into designated rack locations
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Use barcode scanners and IMS/WMS scanning systems to track inventory
• Prepare shipments and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• 3–5 years of recent Shipping & Receiving experience
• 3–5 years of sit-down forklift experience (required)
• Experience using barcode scanners and IMS/Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to load and unload trucks efficiently
• Experience storing and retrieving materials from warehouse racking systems
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
