In this position, you'll be supporting inventory management, shipment preparation, and overall warehouse flow. You'll work closely with warehouse staff to ensure everything runs efficiently and safely, making a real difference each day.

What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for
• Receiving and accurately counting stock items, recording data manually or digitally.
• Preparing products for shipment by carefully packaging for internal and external deliveries.
• Verifying inventory by comparing physical counts with system data and resolving discrepancies.
• Inspecting incoming materials against Packing Slips for quality and accuracy.
• Organizing and storing items in a clean, accessible manner.
• Packing and shipping outgoing orders to vendors and customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and dock areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and storage areas according to safety standards.
• Operating forklifts (stand-up or sit-down) safely and efficiently.
• Performing general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Prioritizing safety protocols and multitasking effectively to meet deadlines.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Current forklift certification (stand-up and sit-down preferred).
• Experience using pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts and inventory management systems.
• Experience handling and receiving chemicals (a plus).
• A commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
