Shipping & Receiving Associate

Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing company in Lawrenceville, GA. This role supports shipping and logistics operations for major retail accounts and works closely with warehouse leadership. Pay: $22-$25, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30043 JOB DUTIES:• Oversee daily shipping operations including scheduling, routing, and carrier coordination
• Prepare and manage shipments to major retail customers following routing and labeling requirements
• Work with EDI processes and UCC 128 labels
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate shipments
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve shipping issues
• Maintain shipping documentation and compliance standards
• Support continuous improvement in shipping efficiency and accuracy SKILLS REQUIRED:• Minimum 2 years of shipping and routing experience• Experience shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, PetSmart, or similar
• Strong understanding of routing guides, EDI, and customer compliance
• Experience within consumer products environments required
• Proficiency with shipping systems and freight coordination
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• ERP or WMS experience
