Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Paulsboro, NJ 08066
Pay Rate: $18.00–$18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for receiving client assets, resolving purchase order issues, updating systems, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation.
Responsibilities- Receive and log client assets into internal databases
- Resolve purchase order and shipment discrepancies
- Track orders and follow up on missing shipments
- Enter shipments and complete final receipts
- Perform order updates and revisions
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Requirements
- 1+ year of related experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Drug and background screening
- Reliable transportation required
