Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position requires hands-on experience generating shipping labels and processing shipments using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software, along with receiving, inventory, and general warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Generate UPS and FedEx shipping labels and shipping documentation

• Process parcel shipments using UPS/FedEx shipping software

• Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate outbound shipments

• Verify orders, quantities, addresses, and shipping information for accuracy

• Palletize, wrap, label, and stage freight for shipment

• Receive and unload incoming materials and products

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies

• Verify received materials against purchase orders and packing slips

• Enter receiving and inventory information into the ERP/WMS system

• Put away materials in designated inventory locations

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

• Research and report shipping or receiving discrepancies

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Operations as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience

• Must have hands-on experience generating shipping labels

• Experience using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software

• Experience with receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment

• ERP, WMS, or inventory management system experience

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and palletizing

• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred

• Forklift experience/certification is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has worked in a hands-on Shipping & Receiving position, personally processed UPS/FedEx shipments and generated labels, while also handling receiving, inventory transactions, and general warehouse responsibilities.
