Shipping/Receiving Associate Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Shipping/Receiving Associate Experience Requirements

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Shipping/Receiving Associate Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping/Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

The Shipping/Receiving Associate helps maintain the steady flow of products throughout warehouse operations by supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities. This position requires strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.

A successful Shipping/Receiving Associate understands warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safe material handling while maintaining accurate records and supporting productivity goals. Dependability and teamwork contribute to successful daily operations.
