Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the Role

Join a fast-paced team supporting both aerospace manufacturing and oil & gas supply operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to keeping materials flowing efficiently throughout the facility from receiving inbound shipments to preparing outbound orders while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving operations in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Receive incoming freight, inspect materials, and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
• Pick, package, and prepare outbound shipments to meet customer and production deadlines
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions within ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Utilize RF scanners to support real-time inventory tracking and inventory accuracy
• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, efficient, and audit-ready workspace
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to support on-time fulfillment and material availability

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling required
• Forklift operating experience required
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanning technology preferred
• Comfortable using computers for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the workday
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas environments is a plus
