We are seeking a dependable, high-energy Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics, packaging, and material flow operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring outbound shipments are packaged correctly, materials are handled safely, and workflow remains efficient.
This position is ideal for someone with prior shipping/receiving experience — or a motivated, reliable individual early in their career who brings strong work ethic, hustle, and consistent attendance.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with our customer.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components
Prepare outbound shipments using proper packaging methods including:
Shrink wrap
Boxes and skids
Pallets and wood crates
Tarps and straps
Build crates and secure shipments using nail guns and basic hand tools
Safely operate a hi-lo (forklift) for loading, unloading, and material movement
Accurately measure materials using tape measures and basic measuring equipment
Ensure shipments are properly labeled, documented, and staged
Work collaboratively with Toolmakers, Supervisors, and Production Leaders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area
Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Assist with outdoor shipment preparation as required (weather exposure possible)
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance record
Ability to safely operate a hi-lo (forklift experience required)
Experience using basic hand tools and measuring equipment
Ability to package and secure shipments properly
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
No physical restrictions; must be able to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods
Able to work outdoors when necessary
Quick thinker and proactive problem solver
Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
Able to take direction from Supervisors, Managers, and Toolmaker Leaders

Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Schedule may be modified based on workload and direction from supervision.
