Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Associate
We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for delivery, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing orders
- Operate forklifts/hand trucks to move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and bin locations
- Assist with warranty parts, core returns, and cycle counts
- Keep warehouse organized, clean, and safe
- Report inventory or shipment discrepancies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years warehouse/shipping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record
