Shipping/Receiving

Nesco Resource is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate for a local manufacturing company in the Waverly, NY area. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, moving, and preparing materials for shipment while keeping the warehouse organized and accurate.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: 15.00

• Shift: Monday - Friday

• Location: Wyalusing, PA

What You'll Do

• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles

• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

• Compare materials received against freight bills and packing lists

• Operate a forklift to move raw and finished materials

• Prepare and label materials for shipment

• Package materials being sent to outside processors

• Communicate with drivers and resolve shipping discrepancies

• Sort and distribute UPS/FedEx deliveries

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect materials

• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately

• Perform other warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift experience required or preferred

• Able to read a measuring tape

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and twisting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable and able to work well independently and with a team
