Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Helper to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure products move efficiently through the facility.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
Forklift experience and certification preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, packing slips, and purchase orders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production, shipping, or customer pickup
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and on time
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient material movement
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and report discrepancies immediately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience
Forklift certification and material handling experience
Experience with inventory control systems or warehouse management software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility
Fast-paced environment supporting production, inventory, and shipping operations
Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, warehouse equipment, and industrial machinery
