Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our client's team immediately. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance within a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing environment. Experience with shipping software and regulated environments (GMP/FDA) is highly preferred. Monday- Friday 8: 30 am to 5 pm Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency
Utilize shipping software (ShipStation preferred) to generate labels, track orders, and manage logistics
Perform pick and pack order fulfillment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly prepared for shipment
Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and inspect for accuracy and quality
Maintain organized inventory and stock levels within the warehouse
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA compliance standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
