Pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.63. Rate will be based on skills and experience.

Summary: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk packs customer parts and ensures all paperwork is in order to ship parts and unpacks, inspects and stages customer parts for production and receives all other materials shipped to the site.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.
This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer's inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
Use ERP system to generate documents and perform shipping/receiving functions
Review job folder, inspect and pack parts being shipped
Document all applicable data for parts being shipped per job folder
Prepare all appropriate documents to go with parts as per job folder
Receive deliveries and unpack product for production
Inspect incoming customer parts and verify product count
Initiate the job folder and hand off to production planning
Document all applicable data for parts being received per job folder
Prepare all appropriate documents to go with parts as per job folder
Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely shipment and resolve issues
Assist supervisor in developing processes that will improve operations
Observe all Environment, Health and Safety Policy requirements
Keeping work area neat and orderly at all times
Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Disposal of waste per safety standards

This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
Education - High School diploma
Experience - working experience in a production environment
Organized and accurate documentation skills with basic MS Office understanding
