TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Baytown, TX!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-person / Warehouse (Cold Storage Environment)
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems as needed
- Stage, organize, and relocate products within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Experience operating stand-up forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a cold storage environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and inventory
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

Pay
$18.00 per hour
