Pay Rate: $26-$30/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:15am - 3:45pm Description of Position: Do youhave Shipping and Receiving experience with Forklift Operation? We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support the handling of inbound and outbound aerospace materials for a short term assignment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance for high-value aerospace components. If you are organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working with documentation and forklifts, this could be a great fit. Job Responsibilities:
  • Unload and receive raw materials and finished goods
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare aerospace components for shipment
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint before shipment release
  • Perform cycle counts and track inventory movements
  • Follow strict aerospace safety and quality standards

Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
  • Previous shipping and receiving experience in a detail-driven environment
  • Forklift experience (sit-down; certification provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy is critical in this role
  • Comfortable using computers, ERP/WWS systems, and basic math
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
