Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborate and communicate with all team members involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area.
  • Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock received materials.
  • Enter and maintain required data.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers in a professional and positive manner.
  • Assemble crates for packaging finished goods.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of time management, organization, and urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read shop paperwork and tape measures.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Experience using hand tools (e.g., pneumatic nail gun)

Working Conditions

This position is located in a manufacturing warehouse without heat or air conditioning. Floors are concrete with no floor covering. The position may involve shift work, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position requires working in a manufacturing warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment. Employees must be able to frequently lift at least 25 pounds during a shift and manipulate barrels weighing up to 290 pounds.
