Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk

Buford, GA

Pay: $18
8AM-5:30PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday 

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk for a growing vitamin and nutritional supplement manufacturer in the Buford area. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting warehouse operations in a clean, regulated production environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.

Responsibilities

 
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods

  • Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips

  • Accurately enter inventory data into warehouse or ERP systems

  • Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight providers

  • Label, package, and palletize products according to company and regulatory standards

  • Maintain organized inventory storage and perform cycle counts as needed

  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies

  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and cleanliness standards required for supplement manufacturing

  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure materials are available when needed

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when required

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment 

Qualifications

 
  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations

  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP software preferred

  •  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment

  • Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, data entry)

  • Forklift experience

Preferred Experience

 
  • Experience in food, vitamin, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of GMP or regulated production environments
