Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Position Overview
The Shipping, Receiving & Stockroom Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping domestic and international orders, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving
- Package products according to customer specifications, shipping procedures, and quality standards
- Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Generate shipping labels and tracking information using carrier software systems
- Coordinate shipments with transportation carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Verify incoming materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
- Inspect received materials for accuracy and potential damage
Inventory & Stockroom Operations
- Receive, store, issue, and track materials using an ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits
- Pull kits and fulfill material requests for production
- Label and organize inventory using established procedures
- Cut and prepare stock materials to meet production requirements
- Transport materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Warehouse Support
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Inspect inventory and warehouse equipment for damage or wear
- Assist team members and support cross-training initiatives
- Provide support to assembly operations when needed
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control experience
- Experience with shipping systems and documentation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
- International shipping experience
- ERP system experience (IFS experience is a plus)
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting processes
