Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, including labeling and creating shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments and receipts

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
