Shipping Lead (Logistics Coordinator) – Prysmian | Manchester, NH
About the Role
Prysmian is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Lead to support our daily outbound logistics operations at our Manchester facility. This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys organizing shipments, working with carriers, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring all shipments are accurate, on time, and properly documented—while communicating closely with both our warehouse team and office staff.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Occasional overtime or Saturdays based on business needs.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate daily outbound shipments (truckload, LTL, and parcel).
Prepare and review shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, etc).
Communicate shipment priorities to the warehouse team.
Work directly with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
Track and update shipments using ERP systems and Excel.
Ensure accuracy in paperwork, inventory, and shipping records.
Support basic inventory checks and cycle counts.
Serve as the main point of contact at the shipping dock:
Check in drivers.
Handle incoming deliveries and packages.
Assist with outgoing mail and plant-wide shipping needs.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Experience with:
Shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, etc).
Coordinating LTL, truckload, or parcel shipments.
Comfortable using ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
Solid Excel skills (tracking, updating shipments, data entry).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based role within a manufacturing setting.
