Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Pay rate: $15-$16 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Accurately enter shipment and inventory data into computer systems
• Pick and pull customer orders based on pick tickets or system instructions
• Use RF scanners to track inventory, update stock levels, and process orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanning equipment and inventory systems
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
