Shipping and Receiving AssociatePenmac Staffing is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a local client in Conway, AR. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $17.00 per hour with a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule.

- Ability to work effectively with production staff, management, purchasing personnel, and vendors
- Good computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience is helpful
Shipping and Receiving Associate Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases
- Pull and stage materials and parts using pick lists
- Verify incoming shipments and inspect items for damage
- Report shipment discrepancies or damages as needed
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging materials and building pallets or crates
- Retrieve items for processing and shipping
- Record all received and shipped goods using Global Shop software
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Pick up orders and materials from vendors when required
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and audits
