What You'll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator:- Mix raw ingredients to produce batter or icing according to specifications
- Follow formulas accurately to ensure consistent product quality
- Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related machinery
- Record production data on reports and work schedules
- Communicate with supervisors to meet production demands
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Follow GMP standards and participate in quality audits and compliance activities
What You Need to Bring to the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Role:- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Experience in food production or mixing processes preferred
- Ability to perform basic math and adjust formulas
- Ability to operate mixing equipment and scales
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet production pace
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with allergens and follow safety protocols
