Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

1st Shift | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
$18$20/hr DOE
We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment in Cedar Rapids. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and working in a fast-paced warehouse/shipping setting without the chaos.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify shipments, packing slips, and inventory accuracy
- Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse support
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
