We are looking for someone who wants stable, long-term employment and is interested in becoming an important part of our team.Previous shipping/receiving experience is strongly preferred. Forklift experience is a major plus.ResponsibilitiesThe Shipping & Receiving Coordinator helps keep products moving accurately and efficiently into and out of our production facility. Responsibilities include:Receive, count, and verify incoming apparel and other productsAccurately check received products into our computer systemIdentify shortages, overages, or incorrect itemsOrganize incoming orders for productionLoad and unload deliveriesSafely operate a forklift when neededPrepare, package, and ship completed customer ordersCreate shipping labels and process outgoing shipmentsMaintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving areaManage our Will Call area and assist customers picking up ordersCommunicate professionally with customers, delivery drivers, and coworkersWork closely with production and office teams to help keep orders moving on timeHelp research and resolve shipping and receiving discrepanciesQualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or related experience preferredPrevious forklift experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood basic computer skills and the ability to learn new softwareAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to stay productive and organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workdayDependable attendance and a strong work ethicReliable transportationA positive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededA desire for long-term employment and growth with the companyMust be at least 18 years oldMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningPay & BenefitsStarting Pay: $18.00 per hourScreenplay offers:Full-time, consistent hoursMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMNo weekendsHealth insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysEmployee discountsStable, year-round employmentOpportunities to learn and grow within the companyLocationScreenplay Shirts is located in Vineyard, Utah, near Orem and Lindon, just off the 1600 North Lindon exit near Harley-Davidson.The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
