Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $20.00/hour, with higher pay for manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or equipment experience
- $1.50/hour shift differential
- Quarterly profit sharing + attendance incentives

Schedule
- Paid first-shift training (7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 90 days
- Transition to 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m.
- 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch
What You'll Do (Core Shipping & Receiving Work)
- Lead with safety in every task
- Load and unload trucks efficiently
- Pick, stage, and pack customer orders for shipment
- Build and load outbound trucks to meet delivery schedules
- Receive incoming materials and complete accurate system transactions
- Store materials in proper inventory locations
- Verify product accuracy, quantities, and shipping documentation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and paperwork
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with quality standards
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to accurately receive, store, stage, and ship materials
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Clear communication and solid organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation
- Computer proficiency; ability to learn Oracle and other shipping applications
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines
- Forklift/crane certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license if driving duties are required
- Ability to perform physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
- Commitment to continuous improvement, 6S, and waste reduction
Preferred Background
- Shipping & receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift or overhead crane operation
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
- Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation or pedestrian access)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
