Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Forklift Experience Required)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour DOE
Opsource Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the Duncan, SC area, and we are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join their team!

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Package and prepare products for shipment to prevent damage
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Communicate with carriers, supervisors, and internal departments
- Build wooden crates/skids for large equipment shipments
- Ensure warehouse organization and shipping accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
Forklift experience required
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and UPS WorldShip
ERP/SAP experience is a plus
Ability to read packing lists and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift
Team player with a strong work ethic
