Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate
Pay: $19-$20 DOE per hour
Hours: 6:30am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate, you'll play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and production teams to support shipping, receiving, staging, and storage activities—helping ensure materials and finished goods move safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications
• Loading and unloading materials and finished goods using powered industrial vehicles
• Preparing shipping documentation and keeping accurate records
• Generating inbound and outbound shipping labels
• Verifying accuracy of shipping and receiving orders and records
• Staging and transferring products between storage and production/work areas
• Entering and maintaining accurate data in inventory/shipping systems
• Assisting in tracking missing or delayed shipments
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Forklift experience is a MUST
• Familiarity with inventory/warehouse systems or lead/mentor-style warehouse experience is a plus

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, working Monday through Friday, with shifts from 6:30am to 5:00pm. Weekend hours may be needed occasionally, but advanced notice will be provided.
