Adecco is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving with Forklift in Gastonia, NC!Shipping & Receiving / Forklift OperatorLocation: Gastonia, NCSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:50 PMPay: $19-20/hrOur client. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations at our custom metal building panel manufacturing facility in Gastonia, NC.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, operating forklifts, and being a key part of keeping production and shipping operations running smoothly. Candidates should be safety-focused, organized, and willing to assist across multiple areas of the operation as needed.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate forklifts to move materials and finished productsLoad and unload incoming and outgoing trucksVerify shipments and assist with inventory checks and material trackingInspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain organized warehouse and staging areasAssist production team with general labor and support tasks as neededEnsure all work is completed accurately and safelyFollow company procedures and maintain a clean work environmentQualificationsPrevious forklift experience requiredShipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environmentTeam-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where neededReliable attendance and strong work ethicManufacturing or metal industry experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, communicates well with the team, and can adapt to changing daily priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
