Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator at our manufacturing plant in Appleton, WI.
Responsibilities:
Your Role:
The Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials, finished goods, and packaging within the Kampo Warehouse. This role supports inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and production flow while maintaining strict adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards.

- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper placement and load stability.
- Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
- Support shipping by staging, loading, and verifying outbound loads.
- Support receiving by unloading inbound materials and moving product to inspection or storage areas.
- Verify materials against documentation (BOLs, packing lists).
- Ensure materials are correctly labeled and stored in proper locations.
- Communicate discrepancies, damage, or shortages to warehouse clerks or supervision.
- Assist with internal transfers and Kampo‑related material movement.
- Follow FIFO, lot control, and traceability requirements.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory verification activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse locations (5S).
- Follow all Reynolds Consumer Products safety policies, GMP requirements, and dock safety procedures.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues immediately.
- Ensure dock safety systems (wheel chocks, dock locks) are properly used prior to loading/unloading.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.

Requirements:
We need you to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous forklift or warehouse material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
