Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr Type: Full-Time | Warehouse / Distribution

Schedule
Training Schedule (First 5 Days):
After training (rotates every 2 weeks):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Occasional Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
What You'll Do
- Label and prepare product for outbound customer shipments
- Load and unload materials safely using: clamp truck, sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack
- Verify shipments and ensure order/product accuracy
- Support shipping & receiving in a high-volume environment
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling
- Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas
- Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety policies
- Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience (required)
- Forklift certification/license (required)
- Experience with clamp trucks and/or electric pallet jacks (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy warehouse
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to assist with hanging large paper rolls onto machinery
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach throughout the shift
PPE Requirement
- Steel-toe shoes with ESD rating (required)
