ACS Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturing company in Lynwood, California.
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Employment type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders
- Use an RF scanner to locate and pull products
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Enter or update shipping and inventory information
- Maintain an organized and safe work area

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous sit-down forklift experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Experience using an RF scanner to pull orders
- Ability to verify orders accurately
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
