About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a client in Rutherfordton, NC. This position supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.
What You'll Do:
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory accurately and maintain organized records
- Correspond with customers via email in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed forklift driver
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, especially email management
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds
- Professional, focused, and detail-oriented
- Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
