Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:
  • $18-$20 DOE
Job Essential Duties:
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies
  • Accurately enter inventory transactions into inventory management systems
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams regarding inventory availability
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or replenishment needs
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations required
  • Experience using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately count, record, and track inventory
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
