Skills That Get You Hired
- High school diploma or GED
- Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience
- Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
- Precision counts - you know quality when you see it
- Fit to handle lifting and standing all day
- Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate or learn basic machinery (no advanced setup required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
On the Job- Run machines the right way to keep production steady
- Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line
- Keep a close eye on product quality
- Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed
- Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery (button-operated equipment)
- Load and unload materials and products
- Assist with inventory tracking and reporting discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support general shop operations as needed
