Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups, optimizing routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor shipping and receiving metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, or delayed shipments.
