This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit - where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

What you´ll do
Documentation and Systems Management:
Prepare, review, and complete all shipping and receiving documents, including customs and co-packer paperwork.
Maintain and update the Digital Dock Tracker with all material movements and comprehensive related data.
Scan and file vendor receipts.
Logistics and Material Coordination:
Dispatch carriers to appropriate dock doors to optimize loading and unloading.
Monitor and track all inbound and outbound materials (NFG's - Non-Finished Goods, Finished Goods) to and from internal/external warehouses and suppliers.
Monitor and track all outbound Recycling and Dunnage materials.
Create and monitor Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for inbound and outbound NFG's and Finished Goods.
Monitor and track drop trailers.
Input trailer moves for replenishment of production lines.
Coordinate with forklift operators to ensure materials are delivered to the correct doors for each line.
Communication and Collaboration:
Interface with the Traffic department and Customer Service to address order inquiries.
Maintain constant communication with distribution center teams regarding inbound and outbound deliveries.
Collaborate with the QA department on quality-related issues.
Maintain effective communication with co-workers, management, customers, and clients.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Other Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What makes you a good fit
Requirements & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in shipping/receiving operations is preferred.
Prior forklift experience is preferred; proficiency in operating a 5000lb - 6000lb capacity propane or electric forklift is expected.
Must obtain company forklift certification within six months of hire/transfer.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Optilog, and SAP is preferred.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 and $25.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
