Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Shipping / Receiving Clerk to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Owasso, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical warehouse work, operating equipment, and playing a critical role in keeping production and deliveries moving efficiently.

This is not a desk-only warehouse role the majority of the day involves hands-on material handling, packaging, loading, and moving large aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or industrial experience REQUIRED
Forklift experience REQUIRED(certification preferred or ability to obtain)
Experience with packing, crating, or handling heavy / high-value equipment strongly preferred
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs throughout the workday
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow detailed procedures, shipping requirements, and safety protocols
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
High school diploma or equivalent required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform hands-on warehouse work including lifting, moving, wrapping, packing, and staging aerospace components
Prepare materials for shipment using protective wrapping, crating, and secure load preparation
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move oversized or heavy items safely
Load and unload trucks following proper handling and safety procedures
Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness
Ensure shipping documentation meets customer requirements and quality standards
Follow established shipping, routing, and warehouse procedures at all times
Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams to support production schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Communicate professionally with team members and customers when needed
Work Environment
Active warehouse / aerospace manufacturing environment
Exposure to forklifts, heavy equipment, machinery, and industrial materials
Physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, bending, and material handling
Safety-sensitive environment requiring strict adherence to procedures and PPE
