We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving & Quality Specialist at our facility located in Marshfield, WI, 54479. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes while maintaining the highest quality standards. Approve completed parts and materials produced by shop employees
Confirm specifications, conduct visual and physical measurements, rejecting, and returning unacceptable parts and material for re-work.
Count, wrap, and label outgoing shipments and orders
Attach required paperwork, including QC reports and MTR when required
Ability to accurately use and interpret measuring equipment
Ability to interpret drawings
Verify specifications
Assemble components when needed
Consistent output of accurate parts
Ensure work area is clean and safe
Receive incoming shipments when needed
Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by management
Attend required meetings at specified location
