Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving & Quality Specialist at our facility located in Marshfield, WI, 54479. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Approve completed parts and materials produced by shop employees

  • Confirm specifications, conduct visual and physical measurements, rejecting, and returning unacceptable parts and material for re-work.

  • Count, wrap, and label outgoing shipments and orders

  • Attach required paperwork, including QC reports and MTR when required

  • Ability to accurately use and interpret measuring equipment

  • Ability to interpret drawings

  • Verify specifications

  • Assemble components when needed

  • Consistent output of accurate parts

  • Ensure work area is clean and safe

  • Receive incoming shipments when needed

  • Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by management

  • Attend required meetings at specified location
