About the Job

Ruan is now seeking a full time Shipping & Receiving Specialist at our distribution facility located in Olive Branch, MS. This is a 2nd Shift position from 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Job responsibilities:

Repackaging of products, auditing orders, and receiving product.
Perform inventory counts, moves and fills orders, and uses barcode equipment and/or computers to update inventory records.
Operates forklifts or other MHE to move materials as needed.
Create shipping documents.
Provide information and courteous service to customers, visitors and coworkers.
Takes and gives paperwork to inbound and outbound drivers.
Maintain 5S workspace organization methodology.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
1-2 years of forklift and inventory management experience
Familiarity with and ability to utilize a warehouse management system (WMS)
Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
