Our client is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team, supporting plant production and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $55K - $65K 
 
What’s the Job?

  • Oversee and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments, including coordinating carriers and trucking schedules.
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure materials are received, inspected, stored, and shipped accurately and safely.
  • Lead and schedule warehouse team members to align with production and shipping demands.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee physical inventory counts, and ensure proper material movement throughout the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and SOP standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

 
What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication, time management, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with limited standardization.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.
