Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:50 AM-3:30 PM (hours may vary, overtime may be required)

What You'll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead:- Load and unload freight using a sit-down propane forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck
- Lead shipping activities and ensure proper storage and shipment of materials
- Sort and store incoming inventory by account or designated location
- Verify shipment counts, condition of cargo, and accompanying documentation
- Accurately record inventory and shipment information in the ERP system
- Operate forklifts and assist with containerizing basic loads
- Perform warehouse maintenance duties and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
What You Need to Bring to the Shipping & Receiving Team Lead Role:- Minimum of 3 years of sit-down propane-powered forklift experience required
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter data into an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail when verifying shipments, inventory, and paperwork
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
